Strengthening the Work of Adult Protective Services

Protecting vulnerable adults requires a coordinated community effort. The Hill Country APS Advisory Board proudly supports Adult Protective Services by helping bridge critical gaps and providing resources that enhance the important work of APS Specialists and the network of professionals who serve vulnerable adults.

Working alongside community partners, healthcare providers, service organizations, and dedicated professionals, we help address urgent needs that extend beyond traditional funding sources. Through charitable support, we assist with essential items and services such as clothing, food, toiletries, utility deposits, medical needs, home modifications, emergency household items, and other resources that promote safety, stability, and independence.

Together, we strengthen the continuum of care, ensuring vulnerable adults receive the support, resources, and compassion they need to live safely, with dignity, and the highest possible quality of life.

Abuse, neglect, and exploitation of vulnerable adults often go unnoticed. By reporting your concerns, you can help provide them with the care and protection they deserve.

Together, We Can Make a Difference

If you suspect abuse/neglect or financial exploitation of an adult age 65+ or age 18-64 with a severe disability report it.
